With: Natacha Nicora – Katalin Patkaï – Camille Guibert

A car of stars, gangsters and advertising fantasies, the Mercedes 190 SL  here becomes the starting point for a poetic, urban exploration, where stereotypes of gender, class and power are turned, flipped and hijacked. 190 SL convokes this automotive icon of the 50s to interrogate imaginaries linked to luxury and success

Katalin Patkaï: Choreography, direction
Aude Lachaise: Interpretation
Christophe Imbs – Music

Thanks for the commitment and investment to the Mannes company and particularly to its managing director Philippe Mannes

Brothers, sisters,
The end of the world is near, that’s not news. But today, a truth is revealed to you.
Radical change is in YOUR hands!

Yes, by adopting a tile, you become a player in this transformative new era!
You’ll no longer be alone. You’ll finally join the ranks of the Righteous.
For the tile is no mere object.
It is the symbol.
The symbol of the roof, the shelter, of our common home.
And by carrying this home, our home, together we can build The House of All.
This house, which we have already begun to build, step by step, in faith, in union, in our image and likeness.
October 16, is not just a date.
It may be the end.
But it may also be a new genesis.

Don’t miss your Revelation.
On October 16, open your eyes. On October 16, choose to change the world.

EVERYTHING IS IN OUR HANDS

Camille Guibert convokes a body traversed, overwhelmed, inhabited.

Carried by live music, breath, dance, sacred costumes and projected archive images, it questions, in a spectacular trance, our relationship to the body, to power, and to what society chooses to contain, make disappear or keep silent.

Camille Guibert – Artistic Direction, Choreography, Interpretation (28 years old)
After a degree in Performing Arts at the University of Poitiers and the discovery of contemporary dance, he participated in the creation and interpretation of various shows with Gaëlle Bourges, Mickaël Phelippeau, Jonathan Drillet and Marlène Saldana.
Initiated on the path of trance after a first initiation with the Bwiti in Cameroon, he pursued this work as part of a Master’s degree in research and creation at Bordeaux Montaigne University, for which he directed his first show with 5 performers. He then travelled to Togo and Benin to conduct an ethnography of vodou possession dances, which became the subject of his doctoral thesis at the EPHE in Paris, for which he obtained a doctoral contract. In the second half of 2024, he gave a series of seminars at this institution on the body in trance. He also organizes initiation workshops in France and abroad, as well as exhibitions, including one at the Galerie de la Goutte d’Or, bringing together dozens of artists from all horizons, in April 2022. He collaborates with Shenna Rochas and Clémentine Chaperon on the visualization of his experiments. He continues to train in contemporary dance, traditional French dance, gwoka, krump and house.

Pierre Pradier – Musical conception, interpretation (28 years old)
He is a performing guitarist, improviser and composer. After scientific studies at the Université René Descartes, he devoted himself entirely to the study of music at the CNSMD in Paris. There he studied classical guitar, electric guitar, generative improvisation and new technologies applied to composition. At the same time, he studied instrumental composition at the Conservatoire à rayonnement régional de Boulogne Billancourt. His musical personality, notably inspired by contemporary, free jazz, rock and experimental repertoires, expresses itself in the fields of musical creation, performance art, theater and video. In 2023, he took part in the launch concert of the contemporary music festival Ensemble(s) in the creation, with the ensemble 2e2m, of Jean-Luc Hervé’s composition for instrumental ensemble Zones . He takes part in a performance tour of the piece Street Art mixing musical creation, free-running and dance with the ensemble Les Apaches as well as free-runners Simon Nogeira and Andrea Catozzi. He collaborates with visual artist Marc Lochner in the composition and creation, on organ, of a multidisciplinary piece called Lumen and composes the music for the short film Le Foyer, directed by Zoé Bernardi. The fruit of a two-year residency at the Cité internationale des arts from March 2022 to March 2024, Pierre collaborates very actively with Spanish composer Manuel Hidalgo Navas and Finnish director Nina-Maria Oförsagd.

Margot Fréret – Costume Design (29) She works on projects for shows, operas, musicals, feature films, series and short films. Alongside her initial training in psychomotricity, she practiced contemporary dance with the Bordeaux Montaigne university company. There she met a number of people with whom she collaborated on various artistic projects. For 4 years, she was a member of the performance collective CommentC’estMainant?. It was while exploring performance art that she discovered her attraction for experimenting with clothes and textiles. She then trained in sewing to acquire the technical basics and deepen her exploration of this medium. She then took a costume course at La Générale, where she met several costume designers with whom she has since worked on various projects, as assistant, costume designer, dresser or seamstress. She enjoys collaborating on experimental artistic projects, traversing varied universes and seeking to accompany designers and performers in finding their costumes.

Élouise Royannais – Lighting Designer (29) Elouise was born in Marseille, where she took an early interest in art and live performance. She turned to artistic studies in cinema and the performing arts, where she learned about directing, acting and, above all, the technical side of show business. In 2020, she began a collaboration with the visual artist collective Les Pas Perdus at the Usine Pillard. She trains in carpentry and construction in a creative context. Always eager to professionalize in the performing arts and to delve deeper into technical trades, she began training as a stage manager technician in Brussels. Alternating between the Théâtre 140 and the Raffinerie – Charleroi Danse she found her medium, lighting, which she has been exploring ever since. She began creating light with musical artists Dorothy Gale and Julie Rains, and worked with the Abis company and choreographer
