Reading of excerpts from Gabineau-les-bobines.
This book is about family, several families even, and intertwining stories. There are more and more characters and more and more facts that interweave, words (often banal) are said, facts (often unimportant) are recounted, the humor is very present, also provoked by the writing that precipitates the narrative, like a particle gas pedal.
The job would be to go and pick things up in Gentilly, in the shopping mall or elsewhere, and write a text mixing memories with phrases heard in the city, sounds gleaned here and there, captures of slogans and the like. Everything in the present tense.
Then we’ll work on the lecture-performance and prepare for Sunday’s performances.
