Three river performances have emerged from the encounter between David Noir and Le Générateur:
La Toison dort in 2011, Les Parques d’attraction in 2013, SCRAP 1, Le féminin dans tous ses états in 2014.
After Le féminin dans tous ses états, protean artist David Noir takes us here into the second stage of the SCRAP cycle entitled Les camps de l’Amor :
“Ask for the program:
Deportation of human pretensions.
Eradication of idealized feelings we’re incapable of making effective
Extermination of the idols of Love.
Fine solution: let us know how to be content with Esteem, that will already be a fine achievement.
How far will the tyranny of romantic deities, fantasies of celluloid and paper, pretend to guide our era away from the realities demonstrated by each passing moment?
Beautiful words – False appearances, according to the laws of a virtue too great for us, our Love of the Other, of peoples, of nature is still only a chimerical and political relationship whose tug-of-war kills us with hysterical anxieties, spurious justifications, arrangements with our odious little shames.
How much are you complicit in through your daily lie?
There’s no need to whine about the planet. What civility wishes, animality fucks.
So Sade!” – David Noir
