Léo Sarrade is a self-taught multi-instrumentalist musician and electronic music producer.
He grew up in the suburbs of Bordeaux, where he discovered music through the electric guitar; after several years spent playing and singing in rock and rap bands, he created a still-active hybrid project with Artikodin, a Lyon-based techno artist, where guitar, distorted synthesizers and saturated bass mingle.
His arrival in Paris marks the beginning of a new artistic approach for him, in which he takes to the stage and commits himself to a performative and scenic approach to music.
Using his instruments, his computer and his recorded audiotapes, he proposes and accompanies through sound and the body performances that deal with masculinity, solitude and interpersonal bonds.
