Kuba Falk is an artist working at the intersection of performance, video, sound, photography, installation, and text. At the heart of his practice is the body as a space where memory, identity, personal histories, and collective narratives converge.
His works explore queer genealogies, the relationships between humans and technology, ecology, and mechanisms of representation. He creates performative situations that he describes as “bodytales”—narratives that unfold through presence, relationship, and encounter with audiences.
His work has been presented in New York, Berlin, Chicago, Porto, Prague, and Kyiv, among other places. Regardless of the medium used, he is interested in the ways in which the body retains lived experiences and constructs alternative forms of community and memory.
