Definitions

General Terms of Use or GTU: means the present general terms of use of the Site, including any possible modifications thereto, under the terms of the present GTU.

Applicable law and jurisdiction

The rules of law applicable to content and data transmissions on and around the Service are determined by French law. This applies to both substantive and formal rules.
