■ HORS-D’ŒUVRES: Turn the table upside down for an Poster-Brunch artistic and scientific! ■ 12:30 pm – 3:30 pm

On the occasion of the weekend Le corps, l’artiste et le chercheur -performance component of the Biennale des arts numériques Némo, seven duos of artists / designers & scientists invite you to share an atypical brunch as much as the fruit of their collaboration.

Around refined dishes and “table-posters” designed for the occasion by Grégoire Romanet, Hors-d’œuvres brings together an audience, researchers from France’s leading scientific institutions (Polytechnique, CNRS, ENS, CEA, MINES ParisTech…) and internationally-renowned creators from the arts and design world.

The event hijacks the codes and joyfully overturns the  “Poster sessions” scientific set-up. At each table, between aperitif and gourmet coffee, a duo showcases its collaboration and arranges its presentation device with guests. Thinking – eating – showing and demonstrating : this Poster-Brunch  cheerfully crosses the rituals of dining, debate, scientific communication and artistic performance.

At the stove, chef Elsa Magne unveils her wild, plant-based universe. Pear carpaccio, potatoes with maple syrup, poached eggs with candied onions… Her organic and contemporary cuisine pays a beautiful tribute to the products of our regions.
