Fata Morgana
Claire Faugouin
Performance
“A Fata Morgana is a very rare phenomenon that depends on a complex combination of thermal, meteorological and light factors. The result is an unusual mirage that owes its name to the fairy Morgana of Arthurian legend. Early crusaders believed her to be the source of the “flying ships” they saw at sea. In her performance Fata Morgana, Claire Faugouin explores the magical thinking that surrounds women in both Western culture and in our everyday lives, whether as fairy godmother or witch, mother or slut. For the duration of a carte blanche, she will embody the Fata Morgana to invent predictions, surreal incantations, harvest mirages and dispel some to propose new ones to the curious men and women willing to get lost at sea. “

Plastic and sound performance
With Irène Bousquet, Pauline Couturier, Camille Jouannest, Giuliano Ponturo, Violaine Lefur and Elizabeth Saint-Jalmes
Tinkering, soldering and cutting… Cyril Leclerc proposed to a few enthusiasts of novel experiments to ‘pirate’ basic postcard mini “Voice recorders” to turn them into samplers with different functions: recording, playback speed, distortions… Protocols of action ensued based on play and improvisation with an emphasis on the musical aspect (noisy dimension – short-circuiting the amp). Each participant takes pleasure in thwarting the relationship between text/poetry and improvised noise music.

“Love is not weakness. Love is not fear of loss. Love is not groveling for forgiveness. I speak to the weird and the peculiar. Both singular and plural. For whom the problem, always the same, is even more so today than it was yesterday. You who want to show your true colors. Who’d like to be a little lighter, a little darker. Dreaming of weddings in the paradise of the norm. The strange animal you are collaborates. Your gain of space is of surface. A few square meters allotted to your revolt. The occupier in you knows exactly how to count. Your diplomatic battles feed the ogre. So nothing’s going to change, baby. Like the slight virus, I’m infecting the culture a little and you, behind your pretty mask, believe me, you’re you, that’s for sure.” – David Noir
Loving Blob

Transcendental electro-transformist set
A blob is a single-celled living creature that spreads like a stain and absorbs whatever it finds in its path. Considered a pest, a danger, often depicted as a monster, it has an interesting characteristic: it lacks a fixed identity and escapes all social categorization. It can thus take on any form and change constantly. It is the ultimate manifestation of living flux. A way of being. Overcoming determinism and sclerotic categories. The expression of radical ambiguity.
“I am not L, I am not G, I am not B…, I am just a LOVING BLOB” – Deed Julius
