Restitution of the DIY electronic workshop-circuit bending and poetry with a series of interventions throughout the evening

Attentats sonores is the result of the workshop led by visual and sound artist Cyril Leclerc from March 9 to 12, 2020. This restitution takes the form of a sound performance during which a dozen apprentice tinkerers set up game protocols that mix texts, voice recorder and sampler. Place to a noise and improvised music that renews and short-circuits the dialogue between poetry and sounds.

No path in the skin but bleeding embrace

Jean D’amérique & Lucas Prêleur

Jean D’AMÉRIQUE – accompanied by Lucas PRÊLEUR on electric guitar – chants a text that can be heard as a march, a march to count the reaped steps of being (…) A skin-deep poem that doesn’t drop words in the face of embrace, this is not a complaint but a song of light carried by a blues bird.

I want to remain a stranger

David Noir & Christophe Imbs

Artists accomplices since 2002, David NOIR reunites with Christophe IMBS.
“Stranger to everything, stranger to you. I love incomplete things; animal fossils missing their skeletons and holes in the text. The filling in of empty spaces carries with it a form of anguished stupidity that would like to explain life to us but prevents us from imagining it. Right answers, right? We have them, we find them, we’re so full of them. In these jovial, humorous times, we do what we can to swallow the silhouette of death, but it’s like a stop at the throat, don’t you think? As for me, I love the Eldorado of my little imaginary dictatorship, and I dream of a world where my beloved imbeciles never have the right to speak. But this time, I take it from them; I give it to them. Your complacency is your bullshit, remember? And your cowardice is your way of life. So, in memory of us, in memory of you… In mirror of us. In mirror of you.” – David NOIR
