Les Cosmonautes is a poetic concept mixing video and performance where the dreamlike metamorphoses of two performers, generated on screen by AI, are echoed on stage.
There will only ever have been small steps for humanity. Loving a crazy AI more than their parents is a future worth living for the dream of autonomous space children.
Drift in the space of their imagination, The Cosmonauts break moorings with the planet of badly aged children and communicate only with the creatures they conceive through the adoration of an AI.
Art is the oxygen of childhood. Nothing else in reserve and the porthole laughs to see the world explode. Can you hear me, Major Tom?
Interpreters: Chloé Py, David Noir
| Chloé Py: Actress and cabaret performer, Chloé Py develops a singular stage presence nourished by dance, cabaret and a great freedom of embodiment. Initially trained at the Opéra national de Paris, where she worked in public relations, she turned to the stage in 2018, co-directing the cabaret La Nuit sans retour with Jérôme Marin. In 2021, she begins training as an actress at Les Insurgés school under the direction of Thibaut Besnard, where she deepens her approach to acting, combining physical commitment, rhythmic precision and sensitive work on text. Her hybrid artistic path makes the body her main performance tool, in the service of strong, poetic or offbeat figures. Today, Chloé evolves between theater and cabaret, where she finds a space for her imagination. She regularly performs on cabaret and performance stages, mixing humor, audacity and gestural virtuosity. |
| David Noir : Author, director, video artist, visual artist, set designer, actor, singer, performer… David Noir, in search of creative autonomy, has set about acquiring the most varied artistic tools by shaping them to his views. His creations, combining raw poetry and burlesque violence, follow the path of a childlike imagination between theater, performance and music hall, through constant metamorphosis. His work, on the frontiers of reality and fantasy, juggles direct address on stage, video, captioned photography, sound research and props of all kinds to generate chance and the unexpected orchestrated in a score that is nevertheless controlled.
