A stage dedicated to welcoming unexpected actions or gesture in its broadest possible definition, Pile ou [ frasq ] has been the renewed promise of stimulating artistic bets and surprising discoveries since 2017.
For each artist, one and only one rule to respect: present a performative action in 1 to 10 minutes. By bringing together some thirty emerging artists – but not only – these two open stages encourage each spectator to reconnect with what’s best: the freshness and surprise of artistic discovery.
From the simplicity of the rules of Pile ou [ frasq ], no other stakes here than the pleasure of sharing with the performers the intensity and joy of their commitment to the stage. For most, this is their first public performance. It’s thanks to this singular context that a unique experience is born, where risk is everywhere and mutual listening is king.
Open stage registration
– Send performance title + short presentation text + CV by Thursday March 10 to production@legenerateur.com
– After receiving confirmation, report to the venue on the day, either on March 14 at 5pm (at the latest) at the Regard du Cygne or on March 15 at 6pm (at the latest) at the Générateur. The order of performances will be drawn at random at the start of each evening.
– Each participant must be autonomous in terms of his or her equipment, props and need for technical personnel.
