Maxime Arnould – Passion 4 Fear
Passion 4 Fear is a solo performance presented both on stage and online, exploring conspiracy theories and how they shape people’s lives as a consequence of a political system built on fear. In a live, full-scale performance—styled like a desktop documentary—Passion 4 Fear invites the audience to move their cursor to demystify these narratives and reveal the system through which reality is processed. The raw material for this piece comes from Maxime Arnould’s involvement in conspiracy networks, which they have “infiltrated,” observed, and archived since 2021. With Passion 4 fear, Maxime delves into their personal memories of the internet and reflects on the pervasiveness of 2.0 conspiracy narratives in the society in which they grew up and in which we live today.

HDC.23 (Histoire(s) Du Corps – created in 2023) is a performance piece blending dance (breakdance, contemporary, experimental), dry-voiced recitation, and performative gestures. It explores the uses of movement, its influence on diction, and traces the almost metachoreographic quest of its emergence, its manifestation, and its philosophy.
By embodying the text and giving text to physicality, within the co-presence made possible by the “here and now” of the performance, the piece explores visual and metaphorical twists within a world where flesh and the Word respond to one another, stretch toward one another, and sometimes saturate one another.
From the skin as a medium for writing to the voice as a producer of choreographic directives, from twisted movement to a reading held in tension, HDC.23 organizes a constant dialogue between the body and the text. From these interactions arise echoes, dissonances, symmetries, asymmetries, phenomena of diffraction and rupture, with the body asserting itself as “a permanent digression.”
Aurola Gyorfy, Interior Scroll
Aurola Győrfy is a performance and visual artist whose practice explores the shifting boundaries between body art, participatory strategies, and documentary art. Working through live performance, moving images, and social encounters, Győrfy approaches the body as both a medium and a site of negotiation—an unstable surface upon which cultural, technological, and political inscriptions converge.
At the heart of Győrfy’s research lies the mobilization of radical intimacy in public and institutional spaces, through participatory actions, social media surveys, and digitally mediated encounters. Győrfy’s engagement with cyber-spiritualism further complicates this terrain. By recontextualizing Eastern Europe’s cultural heritage, Győrfy frequently draws on regional folklore, mythology, and the post-Soviet sociopolitical landscape. Through this methodology, Aurola Győrfy articulates a practice that situates the body at the threshold of myth and media, intimacy and the institution, post-Soviet history and a speculative future.
