The [frasq] festival opens the ball with its flagship event: Show your [frasq].
An unprecedented evening, to be experienced to the full, in an atypical format where performances don’t follow one another, but pop up, circulate, eclipse and return according to their own logic. A free, unbridled experience, a raw invitation to be, to share, to feel.

Fueled by a compelling need to evolve performance and its practices, artists here jubilantly shake it up for an evening. Eager to take on the notion of author and artist, as well as the codes of representation, performers, dancers, actors and musicians take over the 400m² of the Générateur. They make games collectively without worrying about “making art”, even claiming their savoir non-faire.

Show your [ frasq ] gives rise to a unique spectacular format in which the unexpected flirts with the power of presence. There’s no plan, no prior unfolding, no conductor, just creative chaos with friction and complexities colliding. For artists and audiences alike, everything is to be experienced in the moment, without hierarchy of values or meaning.
