This one-day guided tour, led by urban planner and landscape architect Jens Denissen, explores the Gentile territory, seeking, between micro-details and grand landscape, between singular anecdotes and municipal history, between living spaces and highways, to draw up a kind of market portrait of the city. This reading of the city focuses in particular on the lines that weave the space: imaginary lines, meridians, infrastructures, street patterns, waterways, but also family lineages and individual trajectories. This journey will pass through various venues and events, including the Fête de la Ville, and will end at the Générateur with a visit to the exhibition L’Effort, le monde.
